We would like you to enjoy your holiday as much as possible. Once you arrive at Villa Vesta, Bettina, our villa manager will be on hand to help with any queries you may have. Bettina speaks fluent English, German and Italian. We also provide a comprehensive "House Book" which includes details of the local supermarkets, restaurants and places of interest etc.

All prices are in UK Pound Sterling for the property (not per person) for one week, Saturday - Saturday (the villa is available from 4pm and vacate by 10am). Where prices are stated "From...", please see Special Offers for the costing structure. 

The price includes linens, towels, a welcome pack and utilities. For those staying for two weeks or more the rental also includes cleaning and linen change on a Saturday. The price structure is based on the first booking Saturday of each booked week. Payment is accepted by bank transfer in UK Pound Sterling. We also accept Euros (please contact us for conversion rate). You may also book through Owners Direct by clicking the following link http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/italy/it1731.htm.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due with the booking form please. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis and will be confirmed on receipt of the booking form and cleared deposit. The full balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to a cancellation charge - please see our Terms and Conditions. Because things happen that you can't always foresee, travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended. A security deposit of £500 (750 euros) will be required 14 days before start date of your holiday and will be returned within 14 days after your holiday has finished (subject to inspection of the property and any damage). On making a booking you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
