About Villa Vesta

Holidays should be as relaxing and as stress free as possible.  We have designed and equipped our beautiful home with this in mind.

The lavender and rosemary lined drive leads up past a shaded parking area to the front of the Villa. A beautiful old olive tree is the centre piece of a small turning circle. The main entrance to the front of the Villa is gently shaded under trailing Wisteria...

Enter through the main door directly into the kitchen and indoor dining area. The kitchen and living room form a well proportioned area in the centre of the Villa.  This space is divided by a central fire place and a glass wall allowing you to walk freely between the kitchen and living room, yet separating the living spaces.

The kitchen has a very high specification. A 5 ring hob, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender and all utensils, crockery, cutlery you would expect to find in your own kitchen. In the centre of the kitchen is a beautiful glass table with chairs. Just off the kitchen is a small lobby area with a sofa and book shelves housing a television, DVD player, a selection of books, DVDs and board games.  An ideal space for the children to unwind before bed.

In the living room relax in front of the large flat-screen television on the chocolate brown leather sofas and individual chairs. Off this area through a door is the utility room: in here is the washing machine, iron, ironing board, sink, cleaning equipment, drying space and a wc. There is also an additional fridge/freezer.  The utility is an ideal place to store your cases after you have unpacked.

At the living room end of the Villa there are 2 large double rooms both with en-suites and built in wardrobes with ample hanging space (and plently of wooden hangers). These rooms over look the pool with their own French doors. The beds are 6ft in size and the bathrooms are of a very high specification.  There are fans for the warmer months and feather duvets for the chillier months.

At the other end of the Villa you will find 2 twin rooms with plenty of cupboard and hanging space. A third bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. All the single beds are a good size and will comfortably accommodate adults. This end of the villa is serviced by a shared bathroom with a shower over a large bath, all to a high specification.

Child Friendly

For the younger members of your party we are able to offer high chairs and travel cots if required.  In the kitchen we provide plastic plates, cups and cutlery and there is also a small blender which is ideal for chopping up food for very young guests.  The pool is enclosed by a 1m high wall with access via a lockable gate.  A small selection of children's DVDs and board games are available.

Outside

The Villa sits comfortably in 5 acres of Olive Groves, surrounded by traditional dry stone walls. Rosemary and lavender lined paths lead round the Villa and brightly coloured margaritas flow into the Olive Groves. Raised flowerbeds house a small lemon tree, diascia, plumbago and trailing plants which climb and weave their way up and over the permanent shade of the outdoor kitchen and seating areas.

The outdoor kitchen and seating areas are located through the double doors at the rear of the Villa.  Here you will find a kitchen area with a large wooden dining table and chairs, bar-b-que, sink, food preparation area and fridge. The split level cushioned seating area is the pefect place to relax in the heat of the day or watch the sun go down with a chilled drink. 

The 12m swimming pool is walled and gated (lockable), with a permanent shade area allowing you to sit by the pool during the hottest part of the day. There are large cushioned sun loungers and an out side shower within the pool area. The pool is not heated. Please note that the pool is open (and is generally warm enough to swim) from the last week in May until the end of September.  The pool may be opened outside of these times by prior arragement.
